We schedule a variety of rotating programs to go hand in hand with our regularly scheduled WOD, including;
Crossfit is more than another simple gym class. It is a lifestyle. Functional fitness has the goal of improving your body for everyday challenges, everything from work to parenthood.
We offer not only our regular classes, but we welcome you to participate in our other activities, including our Tribute Events.
Murph (1/4, 1/2 and Full)
Whether you start as a beginner, practicing scaled exercises with a goal of your first Pull-Up, or you're a more advanced athlete, shooting for a new PR, we are all here to help get you to your next milestone.
At CrossFit Solano you are joining a family. We are a very close-knit community that is always here to help, guide and encourage one another.
We enjoy offering additional community events where friends and family are invited to join;
Day at the Pool
You will have access to change rooms and a full bathroom including showers. If you would like to rent a locker cabinet to securely store your personal belongings, there are options available. We also have a playroom for smaller children.
