You will have access to change rooms and a full bathroom including showers. If you would like to rent a locker cabinet to securely store your personal belongings, there are options available. We also have a playroom for smaller children.

KETTLEBELLS AND DUMBBELLS

  • Welcome to October! This month’s focus is on the use of kettlebells and dumbbells.

  • Expect fun twists on the classics like dumbbell DT on Oct. 15 and partner Kelly on Oct. 28.

  • Get ready to run Annie on Thursday!

  • Prepare for Olympic lifting each week ranging from moderate to heavy.

  • Named Workouts: Annie on Oct. 5, Fight Gone Bad on Oct. 21, and Nate on Oct. 24.
