  • 16 T2B

  • 8 power cleans

Then 2 rounds of:

  • 50’ weighted walking lunges

  • 16 bar muscle ups

  • 8 power cleans

etc, alternating between T2B and bar muscle ups every 2 rounds.

F 35# dumbbells


Scaled:

M 35# DB, hanging knee raises/pull-ups

F: 20# DB, hanging knee raises/pull-ups
