  • Establish max handstand hold

  • Must stay within a 4 x 4 area

(Scale to 3 attempts at a Max Wall Facing or Pike Box Handstand Hold.)


METCON

3 Rounds

  • 12 Pull ups

  • 15 Shoulder to Overhead 75/115 (65/95)

  • 18 Box jumps
