Grease the Groove

In 10 minutes, complete 3-4 sets of:

  • 3-5 Dips (ring or box)

  • Max L-hang (not to failure)

  • 12 Banded Pallof Press (ea. side)

  • 5-8 Back scales (Eyes closed is RX)
