Secondary Strength

Overhead Squat

4 x 3-5 Snatch grip (behind the neck) Push Press + 3-5 Overhead Squats


*Modify with 5 behind the neck presses with an empty bar to 8 back squats. Increase load for as long as ROM is consistent.


MetCon

4 rounds for time

  • 8 alternating Dumbbell Hang Squat Snatch 35/50 (25/40)

  • 12 Single arm OH walking lunge (switch every 6 reps)

  • 24 double unders
