•10-12 Dumbbell Death March (moderate weight)

•6-8 Bulgarian Split Squats (each side- add weight if moving with good control, or scale with a standard in place lunge)


Deadlift

•Complete 8-8-8-8 (4x8) working up to a challenging effort of 8 unbroken reps


Complete for time


•20/30 Bike

•30 American Kettlebell Swings #35/53 (M50+ 26/44)

•30 Box Jumps 20"/24"
