Monday - soft re-opening
Reminder. Tomorrow we are having a soft re-opening. This means we are attempting to re-open our doors for only a few hours a day.
What you can expect (for this upcoming week, so far):
Monday thru Friday classes at 5am, 10am and 4:30pm.
Workout are to take place outside. 6 feet apart.
All used equipment will be wiped down after use.
Classes are still an hour and still facilitated by a coach.
I do not know when we will open for all hours.

Fun with Tabata
•Tabata Box Step Ups
•Tabata Single-Arm Dumbbell Strict Press
•Tabata Knees to Elbow
•Tabata Hand Release Push-ups
**Complete 8 rounds at each station working 20 sec on and 10 sec off. the goal is to score the lowest scored interval of the 8 and total up at the end. Score the Total reps of the lowest completed reps from each Tabata**
