•12-16 Alternating Grasshopper
•12 Glute Bridge Rotation
Complete 5 sets of 3 Cleans + 2 Jerks working from 65-70% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk.

•100m Farmer Carry #35/50 (M50+ #25/40)
•10 Handstand Push-ups
