WOD for 12/28/19

Complete 3 sets of 2 working between 85-95% of your 1 RM Back Squat. **Then, subtract #20/30 for 1 max reps set. (Take as long as you want, but do not re-rack the bar to rest. Target 15-25 reps for the D-loaded set)**
