4 rounds of: •2-3 Sandbag Get Ups (each side) •10-12 Side Plank Toe Tap •40-60 sec Supine Chinese Plank 

Deadlift

Complete 6 sets of 2 working between 86-92% of your 1RM. 

Tabata Calorie Row- 8 cycles of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. Score is total calories.
