Complete 5 sets for load and quality:
•5 Barbell Strict Press + 5 Push Press
**Start at a light to moderate weight and increase to find a challenging effort for the day. The Strict Press will be the limiting factor.**
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7-minutes:
•15 Kettlebell Swing #53/70 (M50+ #35/53)
•200m Run
