Complete 4 rounds starting every 3rd minute: •1-2 Wall Walks •30 second Hollow Hold (Accumulate the time if needed.)

•12 Alternating Pistols (Scale with alternating Box Step Downs with a 3-5 second descent.)

Then:

Hang Clean

Complete 3 sets of 3 working between 60-65% of your 1RM Clean.

Then:

Complete as many reps as possible in two 2-minute rounds with a 1-minute rest between rounds: •Burpee Box Jump Over 24"/30" **Attack each round with a pace sustainable for 2-minutes at a time.**
