Complete as many rounds as possible in 24-minutes: •800m Run •12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches #35/50 (M50+ #25/40) •12 Single Arm Overhead Walking Lunges (alternate every 6th rep) •7/10 Strict Pull-ups
