Complete 4 rounds starting every 2nd minute on the minute: •1 Wall Walk + 20-40 seconds wall facing handstand hold •5-8 Hollow Rocks •5 V-ups •20-30 second Hollow Hold 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6-minutes: •3 Hand Release Push-ups •3 Power Cleans #95/135 (M50+ #75/115) •6 Hand Release Push-ups •6 Power Cleans •9 HRPU, 9 PC, 12,12,15,15, etc.
