Complete 3 rounds (try to go unbroken): •20 second Side Plank Toe Tap (each side) •20 second Side Plank Rotations (each side) •60 second Prone Plank 


Complete 3 sets of: •10-12 Barbell Rollout •15-20 Banded Face Pulls 


Complete three 4-minute rounds with a 2-minute rest between each round: •10 Handstand Push-ups •15 Deadlifts #105/155 (M50+ #95/135) •20 Box Jumps 20"/24" *Continue working where you finished for each rest*
