3 sets of: •8 Dumbbell Incline Bench Press (Neutral Grip) •12-15 Rope Grip T-Bar Rows 

Complete 4 sets of 1+1+1 working between 70-75% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk. 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8-minutes: • 3 American Kettlebell Swings #35/53 (M50+ #26/35) • 3 Wall Balls #14/#20 to 10’ • 3 Box Jumps 20"/24" • 6 KBS • 6 WB • 6 BJ • 9, 9, 9, 12, 12, 12, etc. **Score the last completed set and any additional reps into the next set.**
