Goals

Goals are so important. They keep us accountable, keep our eyes on “the prize” and remind us to keep trying (especially when our goals are tricky). Additionally, we ask that you write your goals down because that’s how we (the coaches) know to help coach you!! If you’re early or can stay 5-10 minutes after class, we can share some tips and tricks. But if you don’t write anything down, how can we be useful and truly help you reach all the things you wish to accomplish. So please write something. It’s not a board to be made fun of.
