In case you didn't make it in the CFS today, here is the Wendler schedule for the next month...
Mondays - Overhead Squats and Deadlift
Wednesdays - Bench and Front Squat
Friday - Strict Press and Back Squats
Don't worry if you miss a day, or don't follow the program completely (of course those that do, will have better results) but don't let that keep you from the gym! Just because you missed last Monday or Wednesday - just come!! We are hear to help you and guide you as you follow along.
Wednesday 12/20/17 Brass Tap (Vacaville) 5:30-8:30pm - casual gathering, come for a beer or appetizer. Mingle with CFS family.
Friday 12/22 Preserve (Winters) 7pm - drinks.
Come to one or both!! BUT COME, IT IS ALWAYS FUN!!
