Alright Transformation Tuesday...We don't see the changes our body makes daily. But when you see an old picture it makes you realize the progress you've made to get healthy. 💪🏼On the left, I'm probably at one of the heaviest weights I've ever been (aside from being pregnant) and had just begun CrossFit. My outer appearance fits how I felt on the inside...depressed, exhausted, and lost. On the right is me in the same dress almost two years later after changing my eating habits and attending CrossFit Solano consistently. I've only lost about 15lbs total but my body has transformed into a stronger and leaner version of its former self and my inner self now reflects its shell. Because of the coaches and community at CrossFit Solano and staying strong in my faith, I'm more confident, stronger emotionally, and more excited for life! I'm so thankful I tried CrossFit, as intimidating as it was, and for the good Lord above for giving me back my zest for life!!! Not only physically stronger, but mentally stronger too. - Fabe

For tomorrow, be sure to pick a weight you can use for all 5 rounds.
TABATA SOMETHING ELSE PULL UPS PUSH UPS SIT UPS SQUATS
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
