Tomorrow's workout

I appologize if this is too religious, however, I believe it is an important reminder for so many of us. Maybe not in a religious light, but maybe on a family level... Are you enjoying your workouts or is it labor? Are you sacraficing things that should be important to you to practice your muscle-ups? Life is a giant balancing act. I applaud those that wear so many hats - father, mother, sister, brother, cousin, PTA member, Teacher, Nurse, Police Officer, volunteer, CrossFitter, etc...
