Good news, Kevin is back and Barbell is back on schedule! Thank you Hack for filling in last weekend. Looking forward to class tomorrow. Remember, Barbell is free to members ($10 drop in) and is encouraged! This is a great time to get help if you are struggling with positions, movements, lifts etc...
