This week you will notice we are testing for our 1 rep max press, bench and front squat. Next week we will start Wendler 5/3/1; this is a 4 week cycle using 90% of your 1 RM. Our schedule for the next few weeks, will be as follows:
Monday - Press
Thursday - Bench
Friday - Front Squat
