Barbell from 7-9am

Warm Up -200M run/row

Then: 1 rd "barbell" with 5 box jumps between each movement

Then: Burgener Warm Up (1x together, 1x alone)

Then: Skills Transfer Ex. (1x together, 1x alone) Snatch: -3x3 pulls off block from low hang (above knee) AHAP -5x1 of power snatch + OHS + hang snatch (above knee) + snatch Clean: -3x3 pulls off blocks (above knee): AHAP -5x1 power clean + front squat + hang clean (above knee) + clean Jerk; -5x1 of split jerk balance + split jerk
