Great job to all the wonderful CFS athletes that came in today and completed 16.1! You should all be very proud of yourselvevs, WE ARE!! Thank you to Terrence, Hack and Manny (all from 0500) for helping out and judging this afternoon :)

Then: 1 rd "barbell" with 5 box jumps between each movement
