Barbell Saturday

I am excited to announce that Kevin Dotts will be helping out this Saturday to lead Barbell. Kevin is a regular during open gym and the 10am class. Kevin has high credentials; Previous CrossFit Affiliate Owner (Southern CA), Level 1 and Leve 2 CrossFit Certified, CrossFit Power Lifting Certified, CF Mobility, CF Kids, CrossFit Olympic Certified, Level 2 USAW certified.

I am excited to have Kevin help us out on such short notice. He is planning a great morning session including a warm-up, skill transfer excersices, bar path, position and much more. I think this is going to be a great session, especially for those who need more help on knowing when to pull, shrug, make contact etc...
