If you normally take Thursday's off, but wish to participate in the Hatch Program, make adjustments to your schedule. This means, take Wednesday or Friday off instead, or come in 30 minutes before class, or stay after (before is better)... Whatever you need to do to get both days in for Back Squats and Deadlifts.
