I am no gymnastics teacher, but I can share with you what I do know...

I believe it is important to have the reminder that sometimes you will not be the best at everything. Sometimes, you will really have to try, and even then, it might not be 100%. Somestimes, you will fail. Sometimes you will be last. BUT EVERY DAY, YOU ARE BETTER. Everyday, you can learn.

I have a had a couple people ask recently about muscle up transitions, bar muscle ups and butterfly pull-ups. All can happen with practice, patience and increased strength... That being said, is there an interest for an informal gathering to gain some "how to" and knowledge to work on your own?
