I feel pretty lucky to say, I saw many of these PRs!! Way to work hard CFS. I am proud of all of you. The Spencer Arnold Squat Program was no joke!! You managed to finish the program, still PR in metcons and gymnastics movements and keep the PR bell RIIIIIINGGGGGING!!
