I will say it 100 times over and over, our children are watching. We try so hard to give them everything we didn't have. To be better people. It isn't just about being an athlete. It's about opening and holding doors, helping the elderly, doing chores and so much more!! I am so happy when I see kids at the gym, especially on days like this past Saturday when we are hosting an event.
