the ability to move or be moved freely and easily.
"this exercise helps retain mobility in the damaged joints"
synonyms:ability to move, movability
Why do we know what this is, and can explain it, say why it is important, show a quick movement, BUT WE DON'T DO IT!! It is the first thing we cut out when we are running out of time or we flat out just don't want to do it. Or we cheapen it by just grabbing a foam roller and laying on top of it but not actually rolling out. WHHHHHHY?! I don't post this to lecture or make anyone feel bad, but to remind us all that it is important. I see how sometimes you can really only make the class, not come in early; in these instances I like to mobilize when the kids take a bath or watch TV. I'v been following a very easy 30 day free yoga youtube video session and love it. Give it a look sometime. All days are 16-30 minutes.
