Your 4th of July weekend schedule

This coming weekend we will have modified hours for Saturday ONLY.

Friday, July 3 - REGULAR

Saturday, July 4 - 9AM AND 10AM ONLY.

Sunday, July 5 - Regular open gym.

But do not worry you Barbell Junkies, on the 4th of July Coach DC will open the gym for an early morning lifting session 0700-0900. This is for barbell work only and run as OPEN GYM. Then for those not hung over and needing some weekly Coach Rhy time, you can come in Sunday at 0800 for a lifting session.
