We've known this moment was coming. What would the OPEN be without muscle ups? What to do??!! If you are close to getting a muscle up or they are hit or miss, give it a go, then re-do it scaled if nothing comes of it. If you have never done a muscle up does it mean you are out? NO. Just do the workout scaled (it looks like a burner!!). Don't get a zero cause your pride won't let you check "scaled". You'll still have a great workout and have a score, tallied against people in the same boat as you. Remember, you joined CFS cause it was fun, you enjoyed the challenge and you wanted to get in shape - don't lose focus of that. Have fun.
