Massage Therapy at CFS!!
Massage therapy is a great compliment to crossfit because it helps increase movement and mobility, decreases muscle soreness, helps repair injured muscles, improves muscle strength, and it just feels great! I have worked as a massage therapist for over 10 years and specializing in sports massage, trigger point, myofascial release, and a variety of other types of massages. I offer onsite massage at gyms allowing client to get massage pre or post workout with all of their clothes on. Yes, you can get massaged right after your work out even if you are sweaty. This is a perfect time to get massaged because it helps flush all of the lactic acid out of the muscles.
I offer massages for $1 a minute with a ten minute minimum. I accept cash and checks.
