A) Handstand Progressions

  1. Wall Walk + 15-25 Second hold

  2. 20-40 second Wall Facing Handstand Toe Taps (lift one foot off wall to find balance over hands)

  3. 2-3 Cartwheels in both directions working on vertical

  4. 2-3 Freestanding Handstand Hold

B) 8-12 Push-ups

C) 25 second Reverse Snow Angel + 25 second Supine Chinese Plank
