  • 5 sec tempo squat clean + squat clean

  • work between 65-75% of 1RM clean


MetCon:

6 minute AMRAP

  • 12 DB deadlifts (35/50) (25/40)

  • 12 push-up renegade rows

(1 p/u + row each side = 1 rep)
