Complete 5 rounds starting every 4th minute: •10/15 Calorie Bike/Row/Ski Erg •5 Hang Squat Cleans #125/185 (M50+ #105/155) •12 Box Jumps 20"/24" **Time each round separately and score the slowest round.**
