Complete 4 sets of 1 working at 89% of your 1RM Back Squat. 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8-minutes: •12 Alternating Kettlebell Swing #35/53 (M50+ #26/44) •12 Goblet Squats •12 Suitcase Lunges (6 steps each side)
