3 rounds of: •6 Jefferson Curls #20-30 •12 Hanging Windshield Wipers 

3 sets of: •100m Sandbag Bearhug Carry (increase the load as long as it's possible) •8-12 Sandbag Bearhug Squat 

Complete 5 sets of 5 reps working between 70-80% of your 1RM - deadlift  

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5-minutes: •12 Hang Power Snatch #65/95 (M50+ #55/75) •6 Bar Muscle Ups
