It’s hot!! 

I know sometimes it’s not comfortable when it’s hot; so this is two part...

1.) I want to give a shout out to all the men and ladies stepping out of their comfort zone. Not everyone is a shorts & tank top kinda gal or guy. But lately, I’ve seen people fell comfortable around those they support in the gym and give up their hesitations for comforts! So, if you’ve been on the fence about sporting shorts or a tank top - I want everyone to know, CFS is a safe place!! We are not here to judge you, we are here to coach you. 

2.) it is HOT. Drink water. Wear deodorant. Please & thank you!! A simple walk out to the car from the grocery store is causing me to sweat! Plus my workout! Plus some stuff outside!! Don’t let your body get depleted. I love the “My Water” app. It helps me to reach my goal of consuming 80 ounces of water a day. You don’t have to drink so much, but you do need more water than iced coffee and soda!! Maybe you could even make a June goal for yourself - drink 64 ounces of water and no soda all month!! You can do it!
