Making you better in 2017


Going on week three back at CFS and Angel is down 8 pounds and kicking butt!!! Keep up the good work Angel. Your energy is contagious. So happy you are back.

Do not forget to write your goals down on the back of the white board, It is a great way to keep yourself accountable, but also for coaches to check in with you and help with the progress. It is recommended to make 6 months goals as well as 2017 goals.
