Goals are important and we are here to help. What are your goals for 2017? Make it to the gym 4-5 days a week? PR on your Snatch? Start doing extra endurance training? Look up/Ask for help regarding muscle-ups and bar muscle-ups... What suits you?! Goals for 6 months and 1 year are great. Make a list of 3-5 things. Write them down. Be accountable. Visit them often. Lets make 2017 GREAT!!
