Squat Therapy.


Keeping our chest up during the squat...

Good stuff. The correction is small for some, however, wall squats can def help those squating with their chest down.

There will be Barbell this Saturday (7-9am), YOGA on Sunday (8-9am) and REGULAR HOURS MONDAY, President's Day.
