This is my favotie part about CrossFit; it has NOTHING to do with the programmed workout (though I do appreciate that Coach Hack plans this), it has nothing to with who works where, how much you make, what you played in highschool/college...When you check into a class you are a part of a group, a family, A COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE who have decided to workout (hard) for an hour of their day and have FUN! I love the community. I love that frienships are created and people even hang out outisde of the gym. Share a beer, have a BBQ, invite someone over for dinner - that's the best part.
The second best part is the next day pain; lets you know you really did something!!
