Work Hard, Wednesday! April 27
Hard work pays off! Hector has a little over a year’s experience in CrossFit. This past Saturday he took on the Intermediate Division at the Festivus Games. He put his hard work and strength into action and tied for Second, after the tie-breaker, he was awarded Third in a very competitive division! Take on a new Challenge, Tuesday! April 26
Last Saturday, CFS Athlete, Candis, did just that! With less than one year of CrossFit under her belt she took on The Festivus Games last Saturday. No stranger to competition as a former soccer player, she took on this challenge like a seasoned vet! Motivational Monday! April 25
Need a little motivation this Monday? Stephanie, Hyacinth and Cindy competed at the Festivus Games this weekend in a field of 5 Masters Woman’s teams. It was a fight to the end with the 3 top teams vying for the win. Seconds/reps separated the three top teams.
