You will have access to change rooms and a full bathroom including showers. If you would like to rent a locker cabinet to securely store your personal belongings, there are options available. We also have a playroom for smaller children.

MONTHLY FOCUS
HEAVY AND HIGH SKILL
Welcome to March, a month with 18 total high-skill and heavy-lifting opportunities.
Our classes will build on last month’s 1-rep-max snatch and clean and jerk lifts to continue to work on consistency at heavier loads.
You’ll also find multiple lower-volume GHD sit-up workouts throughout the month to build capacity.
Expect simpler, lower-intensity workouts on Thursdays and Saturdays to account for the Open workouts on Fridays.
